Do the tiers look like this?
Top comp, 10-15:
Goblin army with low magic/shooting
non-STank / War Altar Empire
non-magic infantry elves
Ogres with <3 butchers and no Rhinox
Chaos infantry based army
Average comp, 6-9:
non-magic/shooty lizards
cav based Elves
mixed Bretonnian list
Demon legion with fully ranked units, no GD
Low comp, 3-5:
STank / War Altar Empire
Hellcannon / Banner of Gods chaos
MSU Demon Legion w/ GD and 3+ units of Demon Cav
2 treemen WE
Worst comp, 1-2:
super shooty magic skaven
18 PD Tzeentch dragon
etc.
