How are the WE Sisters treated? Do you have to grind through 2 sets of 6 wounds at once? Or is the combined model 6 wounds total? Same question for them on a great eagle.
Next, a character on a monster has the dragonbane gem. I assume they get just a 4+ ward to flame attacks?
Also, a grey seer on bell with skalm can use it to heal from, say, 1 wound left back to full? With full being 6 wounds .. or will it be 3 wounds?
Finally, my dragonmage is frog scrolled. Does the dragon now have a frog on its back? Or is the entire model a frog?

Yet another question. A monster rider cannot re-roll ward saves. Does that mean it is safe from Banishment and The Other Trickster's Shard forcing successful re-rolls? Or does the wording state you cannot re-roll successful ward saves? If so then disregard this.

The Sisters would use the highest W characteristic. So on a dragon it's a single 6w model. On an eagle a single 3w model. Yes, dragonbane on a mister is capped at 4+ Skalm heals back to full 6w. Any mounted wizard is frog scrolled, entire model becomes a frog. As for rerolling ward saves. It is only for failed ward saves.

With Simple Line of Sight, units don't block LOS then? So I can still fire cannon balls through gaps between my ogres?
And could I still fire my leadbelchers over intervening gnoblars without penalty as long as I can see the majority of the enemy units footprint?

Yes, you can fire cannons with LoS through your own troops.
However, all troops are interfering troops, so leadbelchers will still suffer the cover penalty for firing though Gnoblars.

For the new miscast table, and the result where your opponent (lets call him Bob) gets to cast a spell of his own: If bob uses the event to cast an augment or hex that lasts 'until the casters next magic phase,' do we go by RAW and assume that the spell ends on Bobs magic phase?

Hi Corey. 2 questions, related.
1) Will terrain be labeled or up to players to decide each round? Specifically, re: "impassable" as this is more important now that all impassable terrain blocks LINE OF SIGHT.
2). Does a piece of impassable terrain outrank true line of sight? Say, it's a group of rocks, and a cannon can see a unit through said rocks... Does the entire base of the whole piece of terrain block LoS?
1 week out, Starting to get excited.

Good questions.
1) Our impassable terrain is clearly large and should block LoS. If there is a question, just grab a rules judge. Buildings are impassable as well.
2) Yes, the entire footprint of the impassable terrain piece blocks LoS, even if there are gaps in the structure.
